Scope

Covers Halon 1301 recovery/recycling equipment rated 600 volts or less, and intended to be used in ordinary locations in accordance with American National Standard National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70. Halon 1301 recovery/recycling equipment covered by these requirements is intended for commercial use at recycling facility to recover/recycle Halon 1301 from fire equipment/extinguishing system containers.
