Scope

This standard applies to affiliated or separate stationary or portable, single-phase or multi-phase, air-cooled isolation transformers and safety isolation transformers with a rated supply voltage of 1000 VAC or less and a rated frequency of 500 Hz or less. This applies to equipment that does not exceed the rated output of the following values.
