- The document gives an assessment of the flow characteristics of floor smoothing and/or levelling compounds based on hydraulic binders when mixed with water or mixing liquid according to manufacturers' instruction. This test measures the flow properties of a known volume of floor smoothing and/or levelling compound by releasing it from a rigid tube after a given time. The diameter of the spread mixture is measured after a specified time.
