- This standard specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of film grade glossy polyester chips and film masterbatch polyester chips. This standard applies to film-grade homopolymerized glossy polyester chips and film masterbatch homopolyester chips with silica as the additive. Other additives for film masterbatch polyester chips can be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to polyester chips for sheet materials.
