Scope

This standard was established as a standard for iron and steel substrates coated with electrolytic galvanizing for corrosion prevention purposes. In addition to indicating the corresponding international standard in the notes, it is also specified that JIS H 8625 should be followed when Chronaut coating is applied for corrosion prevention purposes as a reference.
