Scope

This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of polyethylene glycol (PEG) content in polyethoxylated nonionic surfactants. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of polyethylene glycol in polyethoxylated fatty alcohols and polyethoxylated alkylphenols.
