Scope

This standard applies to the inspection and identification of civil buildings in the following situations. 1 Safety identification of buildings (including identification of dangerous buildings and other emergency identification). 2 Building function appraisal and daily maintenance inspection. 3 Special identification before the building is changed in use, changed in use conditions or transformed.
