This standard specifies parallel threads for pipes, and applies to threads whose main purpose is mechanical connection in joining pipes, pipe parts, fluid equipment, etc. In addition, the parallel female thread for pipe R class with thread designation PF1/8-PF6 and the parallel pipe thread for pipe of PF7-PF12 are in accordance with the annex (regulations).
