This standard specifies that ferritic, austenitic, and ferritic-austenitic (two-phase) stainless steels are tested by placing them in a boiling sulfuric acid/copper sulfate solution, and then observing cracks using a bending test to determine the degree of intergranular corrosion. Specify the testing method.
