- This standard specifies the technical requirements for the scanning electron microscope measurement method of the thickness of the gold coating of various gold products. This standard is also applicable to the measurement of the thickness of the gold coating by the electronic probe instrument, and the applicable thickness measurement range is 0.2 to 10 μm. The measurement of the coating thickness of other metal materials can also be carried out by reference.
