Scope
This standard specifies the conformance testing techniques and methods to facilitate the adoption of these techniques by testing laboratories and customers, and specifies the functions of testing laboratories and customers during the conformance evaluation process, as well as the agreements and requirements for both parties. The scope of this standard includes the following: -- General requirements for testing laboratories and customers in the process of conformity evaluation; Exchange of technical and management information; -- the negotiation process between the test laboratory and the customer to reach an agreement on: a) the definition of the implementation under test (IUT); b) the abstract test methods and abstract test suites used; c) the implementation Conditions for conformance testing; --Requirements for the structure and content of the test report used to prove the results of conformance testing. The scope of this standard does not include the following content: - the resolution of technical disputes between the customer and the testing laboratory during the conformity evaluation process; - the generation of diagnostic information attached to the conformance log and conformance test report ; -- Any aspect that is not specified in the conformance testing of GB/T 16656 (ISO 10303) application protocol implementation; -- Certification and testing laboratory accreditation process.
