This standard specifies a general method for determining the moisture content of cereals and cereal products. This standard applies to the determination of moisture content of whole and crushed particles of the following products: wheat, durum, rice (rice, brown rice and white rice), barley, millet, rye, oats, triticale, sorghum. This standard does not apply to corn.
