Scope: This standard provides the implementation guidelines for GB/T 19001, GB/T 19002 and GB/T 19003 (1994 revision). This standard does not add to or modify the requirements of GB/T 19001, GB/T 19002 or GB/T 19003. If there is any conflict between the elaboration of this standard and the elaboration of GB/T 19001, GB/T 19002 or GB/T 19003, the text content of GB/T 19001, GB/T 19002 or GB/T 19003 shall be given priority. The requirements of this standard do not reduce the requirements of GB/T 19001, GB/T 19002 and GB/T 19003 standards. This standard provides guidance for the following users: suppliers applying GB/T 19001, GB/T 19002 or GB/T 19003; customers and second parties.
