- The methods and procedures included in this standard are applicable to recently manufactured and delivered batches of 50 meters covered by GB/T17215-1998 "Class 1 and Class 2 Static AC Active Energy Meters" (idt IEC 1036:1996) Level 1 and Level 2 and above are directly connected to static AC watt-hour meters. This standard specifies 100% inspection and sampling inspection for acceptance by the purchaser.
