- This standard specifies the design, technical requirements, installation requirements, chlorine concentration detection, acceptance rules, inspection and maintenance of indirect (ie electrolyzer type) marine electrolytic seawater antifouling devices. This standard applies to electrolytic seawater antifouling devices such as steel seagoing ships, floating docks, and offshore drilling platforms. It can also refer to the occasions where marine biofouling occurs in coastal factories.
