Scope: This standard provides technical guidance for the design, installation and verification of volumetric tubes. The methods provided in this standard may be used when measuring tube verification. The main content of this standard is applicable to different liquids, different types of flowmeters and volumetric tubes verified by different methods. This standard does not apply to small volume volume tubes. The standard reference conditions for petroleum measurement used in this standard are: temperature 20°C, pressure 101.325kPa. Note: Some countries use other standard reference temperatures, such as 15°C or 60/F.
