Scope

This standard applies to crystals used for output measurement of terrestrial crystalline solar cells and terrestrial crystalline solar modules (hereinafter referred to as solar cells/modules) that generate electricity daily in a planar, non-concentrating type. This specification specifies solar simulators for solar cell measurements (hereinafter referred to as solar simulators).
