Scope

This standard describes the direct verification method and indirect verification method for testing machines used in Rockwell hardness testing (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, N, T scale) according to JIS Z 2245. Specify the method. Indirect verification methods can be applied to routine quality control of testing equipment.
