Scope: This standard specifies the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of lead and cadmium in soil. The detection limit of this standard (calculated by weighing 0.5g of the sample and digesting it to 50m1) is: lead 0.1mg/kg, cadmium 0.01mg/kg. Use the Zeeman method, self-absorption method and deuterium lamp method to subtract the background, and in the presence of matrix modifiers such as diammonium hydrogen phosphate or ammonium chloride, directly measure the trace lead and cadmium in the test solution without interference.
