- This standard specifies the fatigue test specifications for coil springs under dynamic variable loads of categories I and II. This standard applies to fatigue life verification and reliability assessment of helical compression and tension springs. Other spring products under alternating load can also be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to springs with special properties.
