- Outlines the safety requirements for the initial loading and wash-up of vertical post mixers and assigns responsibility to the employer who has trained the operator for compliance with these requirements. (This standard updates the text of ANSI B177.2-1977 (R1982), which was withdrawn in 1993.) This is the second public review for this standard. It was originally listed for public review in the November 10, 1995 issue of Standards Action. It is being resubmitted owing to substantive changes to the text.
