The document specifies a HPLC-method for the determination of theobromine and caffeine contents of fluid tea drinks. This method should be prefered for the determination of theobromine contents lower than 2 mg/l. For the determination of theobromine contents higher than 2 mg/l part 1 of DIN 10811 should be prefered.
