Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the resistivity of conductive coatings for petroleum tanks. This standard is applicable to the determination of the resistivity of conductive coatings for petroleum facilities such as oil tanks, railway tank cars, fuel trucks, oil trucks, and oil pipelines, and also for the determination of the resistivity of conductive coating test pieces in laboratories.
