Scope
This standard specifies the flame ionization determination method of total hydrocarbon content in gas. This standard applies to the determination of total hydrocarbon content in gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton and xenon. The detection limit in oxygen is 0.5×10-6(V/V), and the detection limit in other gases is 0.1×10-6(V/V).
