Scope

This European Standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of sodium cyclamate and saccharin in liquid table top sweetener preparations. It also allows the determination of sorbic acid in liquid table top sweetener preparations. An inter-laboratory test has been carried out with liquid table top sweetener preparation [1].
