Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions of the 35 mm single-lens reflex (SLR) camera interface for microscopes (applicable to three-tube lens tubes), and does not specify the related 35 mm camera lenses. Compatibility with 35 mm sLR cameras is achieved through the use of special adapters, which are not included in this standard.
