ISO 527-4:1997 Plastics - Determination of tensile properties - Part 4: Test conditions for isotropic and orthotropic fibre-reinforced plastic composites
1.1 This part of GB/T 1040 is based on Part 1 and specifies the test conditions for determining the tensile properties of isotropic and orthotropic fiber-reinforced composite materials. The regulations for unidirectional reinforced composite materials are found in Part 5 of GB/T 1040. 1.2 See 1.2 in GB/T 1040.1-2006. 1.3 This section applies to the following materials:
——Fiber-reinforced thermosetting and thermoplastic composite materials mixed with non-unidirectional reinforcing materials, such as felts and woven fabrics. , twistless roving fabrics, chopped strands and combinations of the above reinforcement materials, hybrid fibers, twistless rovings, chopped or ground fibers or pre-impregnated materials (prepregs), etc. (For direct injection molding samples, see GB/ Type 1A specimen in T 1040.2-2006);
——Composite products of the above materials with unidirectional reinforcements and multi-directional reinforcements composed of unidirectional laminated sheets. The laminated sheets provided should be well-proportioned of;
——finished products made from these materials. The reinforcing fibers involved include glass fiber, carbon fiber, polyaramid fiber or other similar fibers. 1.4 This section shall use test panels prepared in accordance with ISO 1268 or other equivalent methods or specimens machined from finished or semi-finished products with suitable flat surfaces. 1.5 See 1.5 in GB/T 1040.1-2006.
