Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for resistivity, resistance per unit length and mass resistivity of precious metals and their alloys. This standard is applicable to the determination of resistivity, resistance per unit length and mass resistivity of precious metals and their alloy wires and strips with uniform cross-sectional area. Other metals and alloy materials can also be used by reference.
