Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and packaging of food additive Brilliant Blue. This standard applies to dyes oxidized by condensation of benzaldehyde-o-sulfonic acid and N-ethyl-N-(3-sulfobenzyl)-aniline. This product can be added to food as a coloring agent.
