- The document applies to hydraulic proportional and servovalves. On account of the importance of electro-hydraulic proportional and servo valves the definitions of valves with electric input signal are described more extensiv. The defintions of terms and explanations should be used to have a uniform language in technical specifications, descriptions, test instructions and tests as well as in operations of hydraulic and control systems.
