Scope
This standard does not contain components with a lower boiling point than isobutane, the 90 volume % distillation temperature by the normal pressure method of J1S K 2254 is less than 205 °C, and the bromine number is 100 gBr or less / 100 g and 90 volume % distillation temperature. Specifies the method for measuring the bromine number of petroleum products at a temperature of 205-330℃ () and below 10 gBr/100g () by electrometry. Note () When measuring the bromine number of petroleum products with a 90 volume % distillation temperature of over 330°C and up to 5.50°C, and of Class 3 No. 1 and Class 3 No. 2 electrical insulating oil specified in J1S C 2101, the accuracy is applicable. do not. () For samples with a bromine number of 1 gBr/100 g or less, the bromine index determined according to the appendix [Petroleum Products - Bromine Index Test Method (Electrotitration Method)] may be used in place of the bromine number.
