- This standard specifies the performance requirements of limited flammability thin copper-clad polyimide glass cloth laminates (hereinafter referred to as foil-clad laminates) for multilayer printed circuits. This standard applies to thin foil-clad boards (excluding copper foil) with a thickness not greater than 0.8mm. The thin foil-clad laminates involved in this standard are mainly used for the manufacture of multilayer printed circuit boards, and are also suitable for the manufacture of single-sided or double-sided printed circuit boards.
