Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements for limited flammability copper-clad polyimide glass cloth laminates (hereinafter referred to as foil-clad laminates) for printed circuits. This standard applies to clad laminates with a thickness of 0.5mm to 6.4mm (including copper foil).
