Scope

This standard specifies the control requirements for entrained substances and radioactive pollution in imported smelting slags that have an impact on the environment. This standard is applicable to the import of slag, dross (including vanadium slag, etc.), beryllium oxide and other wastes (hereinafter referred to as smelting slag) produced by smelting iron and steel with the customs commodity number 2619.00.
