- This standard stipulates the emission limit value of air pollutants and the control limit value of fugitive dust emission at each emission point of the cement plant according to the year and area. This standard applies to the emission management of cement plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and emission management of construction projects after completion. In the cement industry, mine mining and on-site crushing implement GB16297-1996 "Comprehensive Emission Standards of Air Pollutants".
