- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of agricultural rare earth nitrate. This standard applies to lanthanum-cerium-based or lanthanum-based agricultural rare earth nitrate (the molecular formula of the solid product is RE(NO3)3·6H2O) made from lanthanum-cerium-based light rare earth ores. This product is used as a plant growth regulator (see Appendix B for usage).
