- Scope
- This standard specifies the principle, test device, sample, test procedure, result presentation and test report of the artificial weathering accelerated color aging test of colored building material products using xenon lamp as the light source. This standard applies to the determination of artificial climate accelerated color aging of colored building materials. It is suitable for obtaining weather resistance results similar to those under natural conditions through accelerated aging tests under specified test conditions, and for material selection and formulation research. Also suitable for comparison with materials of known weatherability. The quality of the surface color of the material can be assessed according to the corresponding product standards. The selection of test conditions and the evaluation of test results shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of product standards.
