Scope

This standard specifies the main spectral lines and corresponding spectral conditions of microwave plasma torch emission spectroscopy (MPT-AES) of rare earth elements. Wavelength range: 240nm ~ 450nm. This standard is applicable to the test analysis and theoretical research of rare earth element spectrum excited by microwave plasma torch.
