- This standard specifies the determination method for tantalum, titanium, copper and nickel in metal yttrium and yttrium oxide. This standard is applicable to the simultaneous determination of the content of tantalum, titanium, copper and nickel in metal yttrium and yttrium oxide, and the determination range is shown in Table 1.
