Scope

The document is intended to apply to the release of by alpha-activity contaminated or activated residual materials of nuclear power plants, accumulating during maintenance, rebuilding or destruction and which are provided for harmless reuse or utilization in non nuclear domain. The document is not applicable to the release of other non metallic materials normally accumulated in nuclear power plants.
