This standard specifies the separation and determination of solvent gasoline in workshop air by gas chromatography with tetrakis(2-cyanoethoxymethyl)methane and glass microspheres in series. This standard is applicable to the determination of the concentration of solvent gasoline in the air at the site where solvents are used in industries such as oil refining, rubber, artificial leather, paint, dyestuff, pharmaceuticals, grease, and adhesives.
