- This standard specifies the type and classification, technical requirements, inspection rules and marking requirements of flameproof motors. This standard applies to flameproof motors for various purposes. If there are additional requirements not specified in this standard for flameproof motors for various purposes, they should be supplemented in the standards for this type of motor. For flameproof motors for certain purposes, if there are special requirements for the terms of this standard, special provisions should be made in the standards for this type of motor. Those not specified in this standard shall comply with the provisions of GB 3836.2 and GB 755.
