Scope

This International Standard is one of a series of stan-dards dealing with the sampling and testing of paints, varnishes and related products. It specifies a test method for determining under standard conditions the resistance of a single coat or a multi-coat system of paint or related material to in-termittent water condensation. The method includes the testing of coatings on non-porous and on porous substrates.
