- Scope
- This standard specifies a method with solid medium for the enumeration of coliforms. It is applicable to milk and milk products. Inoculation by mixing the sample with a selective medium and incubation of the overlayed plates. Calculation of the number of coliforms per ml or g of sample from the number of grown typical colonies.
