- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, appearance, safety, and normality inspection methods of the logic analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument), as well as the main performance test methods. This standard is applicable to the logic analyzer specified in Article 3.1, and also applicable to measuring instruments with logic plug-in units or accessories of logic analyzers. Personal instrument type logic analyzers can refer to this standard.
