- This standard specifies the general requirements for controlling the use of electromagnetic relays for reliability verification tests. This standard is applicable to the reliability verification test of products whose product life can be reasonably considered to obey the exponential distribution. In addition to the verification test plan and test procedure, this standard is also applicable to the reliability measurement test of the product.
