Scope

This specification covers 15 grades of emulsified asphalt for use in pavement construction in the manner designated. Note 1??See M 208 for specifications covering cationic emulsified asphalt and M 316 for specifications covering polymer-modified emulsified asphalt. The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
