Scope

1   Scope This document specifies a method for the determination of the thermal effusivity . This document is applicable to materials with thermal effusivity in the approximate range 40 W⋅s 1/2 ⋅m −2 ⋅K −1   < b n < 40 000  W⋅s 1/2 ⋅m ‑2 ⋅K ‑1 , and temperatures in the range of 50 K < T < 1 000 K.
