This document stipulates the technical requirements for the collection and processing of surface water resources quality monitoring data, the construction of a dynamic evaluation index system, dynamic evaluation, and analysis of dynamic change patterns. This document is applicable to the dynamic evaluation of surface water resources quality in first-level water resources districts and provincial-level administrative regions across the country, and the evaluation unit length is months. Surface water resources quality assessment work in other assessment areas or assessment durations (ten days, weeks, days, etc.) can be implemented as a reference.
