Scope

This document specifies the test items, methods and requirements for the equipment handover test and sub-system test of hybrid high-voltage DC circuit breakers. This document is applicable to hybrid high-voltage DC circuit breakers for 100~500kV high-voltage DC transmission systems. Other voltage levels can be implemented as a reference.
